Our team is currently looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to uphold our commitment to safety and customer service. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be directly responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems in a food processing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect machinery and equipment for defects such as breakage or excessive wear.
- Repair production or processing equipment.
- Specialize in troubleshooting and repairing modern automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, implementing proper remedies while ensuring adherence to all
- Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunctions.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and engineering staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain operations of systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic, ammonia, etc.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers, breakers, switches, receptacles, wiring, and
- Repair, replace, and maintain the physical structure of equipment.
- Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Work independently and be self-motivated.
- Handle material handling equipment daily.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with, in, and with industrial machinery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends when necessary.
- Capability to bend, twist, and squat as needed throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without reasonable assistance.
- Must be able to frequently push, pull, kneel, bend, and reach with both arms.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, with production rooms kept at a constant 32 degrees (and below
