5+ Years experience with manufacturing maintenance
Automotive experience Preferred not required
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley
AC & DC Servo drives
Hydraulics and pneumatics
Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical and/or electrical systems
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to enter data
ability to troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Repair, replace, and install mechanical system components
Identify repetitive failures and/or implement corrective actions based on failure analysis
Automotive experience Preferred not required
