**15% Shift Differential for night**

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our sophisticated manufacturing systems and automated machinery. Your typical night shift will include:

1. Conducting regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any irregularities or potential problems.
2. Performing preventative maintenance tasks to enhance the longevity and performance of our machinery.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing issues related to electrical systems, PLCs, and other automated components.
4. Collaborating with the engineering team to implement improvements and modifications to existing machinery.
5. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for future reference and analysis.
6. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
7. Responding promptly and effectively to any machinery or equipment breakdowns that occur during the night shift.

Qualifications:
To be a successful candidate for the Permanent Maintenance Technician position, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with manufacturing equipment, automated machinery, electrical troubleshooting, PLC, and preventative maintenance.
3. A technical degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. A strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to work night shifts.
