Are you a seasoned Maintenance Technician with a knack for troubleshooting, a mastery of mechanical systems, and an expert hand at wielding power and hand tools? As a Permanent Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry, you will be part of a dynamic team that keeps our high-tech manufacturing equipment and systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of the maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Performing routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
2. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions.
3. Using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to repair, replace, or install equipment parts.
4. Programming and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure the efficient operation of automated manufacturing systems.
5. Collaborating with other team members and departments to identify and address equipment-related issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
7. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for record-keeping and future reference.
8. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with mechanical systems, power tools, hand tools, and welding.

4. Experience with programming and maintaining PLCs.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
