This role supports plant operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to minimize downtime and maintain product quality and food safety standards.

Job Details

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical school or trade certification preferred
  • 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food or beverage preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in: Mechanical systems, Electrical systems (motors, controls, wiring), Pneumatics & hydraulics
  • Experience with: PLCs / VFDs (preferred), Food processing or packaging equipment, Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a GMP or SQF-certified facility
  • Welding and fabrication experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
  • Familiarity with refrigeration, HVAC, or ammonia systems (if applicable)
