Maintenance Technician

Our manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team of professionals. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and benefits. We are looking for someone who has experience as a Maintenance Mechanic and preferably has worked in the food manufacturing industry. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on production equipment, including troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing parts as needed
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure machines are running efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs completed
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Experience working in the food manufacturing industry preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
