Job Details
Maintenance will support production by completing routine or preventative maintenance on equipment and by responding to break-down calls as they occur. About 30% of this role will be routine or preventative maintenance, 50% of the role will be responding to breakdowns, and the last 20% will be spent working on special projects. Maintenance will be heavily involved in special projects such as machine building and installation, production line / machinery upgrades, and process improvements that require technical skill to implement.
The maintenance department works as a team and duties will be assigned based on the strengths and weaknesses of each individual technician. Requirements:
- 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience preferred (we are willing to train individuals, but would prefer candidates have some prior industrial maintenance experience or related experience)
- Pneumatic / Hydraulic Troubleshooting Experience
- Motor Control Knowledge
- PLC Troubleshooting Experience (not required, but a big plus!)
