Experience: Have 3 years’ minimum experience in a manufacturing environment with proven technical skills. Preferably to be in the poultry field. Must also be a team player, possess electrical, hydraulic, troubleshooting and conveyor systems experience and also have the ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to operate computer systems.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production

machines

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Ability to work with Chemicals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Maintenance Technical training would be great but not required.

Schedule: Full time Monday – Saturday, and Sundays as required.
Environment: Refrigerated and wet environment.
