Shifts Available
1st shift (7am - 3pm)
2nd (2pm - 11pm)


Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Disassemble machinery to remove and repair parts
  • Identify defective parts and replace or repair as needed
  • Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment
  • Operate advanced machinery and shop equipment
  • Reassemble machinery after inspections, testing, or repairs
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
  • Respond to emergency call-ins within 30 minutes during off-hours
  • Use tools ranging from hand and power tools to precision instruments
  • Operate PIT equipment such as forklifts and powered jacks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications (Needed):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in plant or industrial environment, including cold/damp conditions
  • Strong problem-solving and basic math skills
  • Proficient in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipefitting/plumbing, electrical wiring, and motor maintenance
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, bend, twist, and work at heights
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or trade certification preferred
  • Knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and EEO regulations preferred
