We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Food Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including motor controls, DC/AC drives, baking equipment, sheeters, extruders, temperature instrumentation, burner systems, packaging machines, PLC, and minor electrical installations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Follow GMP, quality, and food safety guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints to identify and resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of motor controls, DC/AC drives, baking equipment, sheeters, extruders, temperature instrumentation, burner systems, packaging machines, PLC, and minor electrical installations.
• Familiarity with GMP, quality, and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
