Job Details

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery, HVAC, refrigeration systems, and facility infrastructure

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions

Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and support compliance with safety and food quality standards

Work closely with production and sanitation teams to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations

Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and GMP requirements

What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food or manufacturing setting

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes

Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and interpret work orders

Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset

Willingness to work in a cold/refrigerated environment and on your feet for extended periods
