Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair rotating equipment, including centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, compressors, steam turbines, gearboxes, fans, blowers, and associated drive systems.

Perform mechanical work on hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and process loading arms.

Fabricate, install, and maintain piping/plumbing systems and fixtures for steam, water, heating, cooling, lubricating, and related utilities.

Inspect, test, and diagnose faults in control systems using pneumatic, electrical, and electronic testing devices and precision measuring instruments.

Repair, adjust, and calibrate system components such as control valves, sensors, transmitters, DCS, and PLCs, or replace defective parts.

Install and maintain control and measurement instruments on both new and existing plant equipment and processes.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, documenting all work and test results.

Interpret mechanical drawings, circuit diagrams, equipment manuals, and blueprints to support maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Operate and test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Use precision tools including micrometers, dial indicators, laser alignment systems, and general shop equipment (drill presses, grinders, hydraulic presses).

Collaborate with process operators to troubleshoot process and system issues.

Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.

Utilize CMMS (SAP preferred) to manage maintenance tasks and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or instrumentation.

Must pass a written examination.

Strong safety orientation.

Ability to work extended shifts over 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
