Maintenance Technician

We are a growing commercial property management firm that's looking to hire a Maintenance Technician ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
· Maintain work orders through company provided tracking software.
· Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
· Coordinate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance requests.
· Maintain exterior areas, including landscaping and parking lots, ensuring they are clean and safe.
· Oversee third-party contractors and vendors for specialized services.
· Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment in the company-provided van.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in commercial real estate.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
