Job Details
Shifts Available:
7am - 3pm
11pm - 7 am
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks on manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Calibrate, adjust, and maintain control systems, including PLCs, to ensure optimal performance.
Repair and replace faulty components such as sensors, valves, cylinders, and actuators.
Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with expertise in PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
