We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and systems. You will be a part of a highly collaborative team, working to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our diverse range of machinery. Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal operation.
2. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning production and plant equipment.
3. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
4. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial machinery including motors, boilers, and pneumatics.
5. Program and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
6. Inspect, operate and test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
7. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
8. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
