Job Details

What You’ll Do
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and facility infrastructure.
  • Install, program, and repair automated machinery, including PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Fabricate, machine, and weld parts as needed to keep equipment operational.
  • Partner with the Plant Engineer on projects and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records for work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Use tools and equipment efficiently to minimize downtime, costs, and waste.

What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field with 3–5 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 5–7 years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience in a gravure printing facility preferred.
  • Solid background in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Please note that our technicians rotate shifts every 2 weeks:. Shift Hours:
7am-3pm
11pm-7am for two weeks
3pm-11pm for two weeks
