Job Details
Scope of Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
- HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
- Hanging, prepping, and sanding drywall
- Electrical repairs
- Upkeep and repair of appliances
- Plumbing work
- Painting common areas and apartments
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety on the property’s grounds
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage for emergencies
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in site maintenance required
- Industry related certifications preferred but not required
