Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring they function properly and meet safety standards.
- Work with PLCs, diagnosing and fixing issues to minimize downtime and maintain high productivity.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed, and quickly resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify potential areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and safety activities.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with equipment maintenance, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems.
- Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
