Key Responsibilities

o Conveyor systems and automated production lines

Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machinery
- Maintain and repair equipment including:
o Pneumatic tools and systems
o Conveyor systems and automated production lines
o Cranes and lifting equipment
o Forklifts and material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and automated equipment (as applicable)
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they occur
- Respond quickly to equipment downtime and perform root cause analysis to minimize recurrence
- Support installation, relocation, and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
- Follow all safety protocols, including working with high-voltage battery manufacturing systems and hazardous materials
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (battery, chemical, automotive, or similar preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with industrial equipment, automation, or high-speed production lines
- Familiarity with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience with CMMS systems for tracking maintenance activities preferred
- Forklift and/or crane certification is a plus
