SUMMARY:
The Managed Services Support position duties will be to program and commission various video systems, as well as provide limited technical support for field technicians and end-user support for the platforms we install and service, such as OpenEye, March Networks, and Brivo. This position is also responsible for monitoring daily pre-defined health alerts related to these systems, troubleshooting remotely and dispatching a technician should one be required.

HOURS: 8:00 am-5:00 pm (or as established by Manager) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and operating procedures. Be able to write routine reports, correspondence, and ability to effectively present information and speak to customers or employees of organization. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram-form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.

- 5 years of experience in the field with alarm, access control and video preferred, but not necessary

- Building new accounts in the Brivo portal
- Build and maintain custom reports for end users
- Ensure that account changes are implemented upon the client’s request
- Troubleshooting programming issues for various video platforms as required by future service/maintenance agreements
- Train on products as necessary
- Communicate and work well in a team environment
