Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, FP&A to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to our growth and success, by providing critical financial insights and strategic support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis function, driving financial forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes. They will also play an instrumental role in long-range planning, M&A activities, and other strategic initiatives. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular financial analysis, identifying and explaining variances, trends, and financial performance drivers.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
• Lead long range financial planning, working closely with senior leadership to develop financial models and strategic plans.
• Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration.
• Collaborate with private equity partners, providing regular updates and analysis on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain 3-statement financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems, leveraging advanced Excel skills and other tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in 3-statement modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven experience in managing cash flow, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including key financial metrics and industry trends.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and recommendations to senior management.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Experience in working with private equity partners is a plus.
