Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deal Advisory Manager to join our dynamic team, a well-established local CPA firm in Dallas, CA. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic business consulting, providing high-quality deal advisory services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage deal advisory engagements, including M&A, financial due diligence, business valuations, and restructuring transactions.
Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to develop strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and market insights.
Oversee the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and business valuations to support transaction decisions.
Manage the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tax, audit, and legal professionals, to deliver seamless advisory services.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, offering training and career development support.
Conduct financial analysis, including review of financial statements, cash flow projections, and identification of key performance indicators.
Stay current with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting deal structuring and business valuations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in deal advisory,audit transaction services, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, business valuations, and M&A processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with financial analysis tools and databases.
