We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for providing strategic financial insights, enabling informed business decisions, and driving financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis division, providing leadership, direction, and management to the team. If you are a strategic thinker with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
2. Develop and implement financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
3. Analyze complex financial information and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
4. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
5. Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
6. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
7. Ensure the credibility of the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
8. Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.
9. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to drive financial transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CFA, CMA, etc.) is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a consulting or corporate setting.
3. Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Strong knowledge of financial statements and data analysis.
5. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels throughout the organization.
6. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
8. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
