Roofing Operations Manager
As the Roofing Operations Manager, our ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas, as they will be responsible for the execution, overall administrative and technical direction for the roofing projects in our California territory. Additionally, the following responsibilities are required but not limited to:
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, but not required.
At least 5+ years of experience in Roofing, Residential Roofing experience is a major plus.
Proven track record of Managing and Developing people.
Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills.
Superior time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel if needed.
As the Roofing Operations Manager, our ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas, as they will be responsible for the execution, overall administrative and technical direction for the roofing projects in our California territory. Additionally, the following responsibilities are required but not limited to:
- Implementation and adherence to all Safety or Quality policies and procedures.
- Oversee total construction effort to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
- Provide direction to planning constructability, building work packages and scheduling efforts.
- Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of all superintendents on assigned projects.
- Interact with customers.
- Proactively work with the team on improving and streamlining processes and workflows in the office, with corporate and out in the field.
- Provide leadership to the site team and efficiently coordinate any subcontractors at the same time on the same site.
- Interface with Project Managers, Engineering staff, Subcontractors, client representatives (including 3rd party inspections), to ensure all company, client, and project policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements:
