Summary
Job Requirements
- Oversight of new business implementation and initial patient outreach beginning at go-live while always demonstrating a commitment to
- Networking with high-profile hospital leaders in Revenue Cycle, Finance, IT, Patient Access to enhance client relationship and current implementation / ongoing
- Developing a methodology for managing, tracking, and providing updates for all initial patient outreach processes with current new business implementation
- Hold team accountable to methodology and processes in order to ensure success with client
- Using network connections to develop new business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field of study and Master’s degree is preferred.
- Preferred five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience within Revenue Cycle, Hospital Operations, Patient Access, Healthcare Finance, Buisness
- Must be positive, enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and enjoy working with a variety of people
- Demonstrated history of success in sales and healthcare is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel to different hospital partners 25% of the time; the rest can be remote.
- Ability to manage / interact with large teams both remotely and in person
- Must pass hospital credentialing including all vaccines, drug & alcohol testing
- Experience with Medicaid Preferred
