Our Client is a growing Personal Injury (Plaintiff) Firm seeking an Associate Attorney to support a Senior Trial Attorney, handling roughly anywhere from 50-100 cases at a time.

Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Managing Attorney to lead and oversee our
personal injury litigation team. This individual will supervise litigation attorneys, provide
strategic legal guidance, monitor case progression and attorney performance, and ensure
cases are handled eKiciently and in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong litigator and leader who can develop attorneys, manage
department priorities, improve workflows, and maintain high standards of client service
and case quality.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license in good standing with the applicable
- 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or managing other attorneys preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice,
- Excellent leadership, legal analysis, negotiation, communication, and
- Experience with legal case management systems and litigation workflow
