Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Champion medical malpractice cases through all stages of litigation
- Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Lead trial preparation, including witness prep, evidence review, and strategic planning
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and medical experts
- Maintain frequent, empathetic communication with clients and, when appropriate, insurance carriers
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support firm goals
