We are in search of a seasoned Managing Trial Attorney specializing in personal injury and litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is passionate about the legal industry and has a strong track record in managing and leading a team of attorneys. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the legal team, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients. As a Managing Trial Attorney, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our firm, shaping our legal strategies, and making a significant impact on our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and mentor a team of attorneys and support staff, ensuring the highest quality of legal representation for our clients
• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial, settlement, or appeal
• Develop and implement strategic legal frameworks and trial strategies to ensure successful outcomes for our clients
• Act as lead trial attorney on high-profile and complex personal injury cases
• Consult with clients and prospective clients to assess their legal needs and provide expert legal advice
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and effective approach to case management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and related legal developments
• Represent the firm in a professional manner, upholding our reputation for excellence in personal injury law

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a team of 4 or more senior attorneys
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, with a focus on personal injury law
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of attorneys
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload and oversee all aspects of trial preparation and execution
• Strong litigation skills, with experience in all phases of the litigation process, from filing the complaint to preparing for trial or settlement
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
