Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead
Monitor and analyze manufacturing variances, including labor efficiency and material usage
Perform inventory accounting, including physical inventory audits and cycle counts
Prepare monthly journal entries related to cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory, and production
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to analyze production trends and cost drivers
Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and operational cost reports
Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting
Provide insights to improve cost control, manufacturing efficiency, and margin performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred:
CPA or CMA certification
Experience with large-scale or high-tech manufacturing operations
Exposure to renewable energy or related industries
