Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent for our manufacturing roles.
- Conduct thorough screenings of candidate's qualifications and skills to ensure they meet the needs of the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop role-specific recruiting strategies.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, from initial contact through offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the recruiting process and the ability to implement best practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in the use of recruitment software and databases.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to fill open positions.
