Translate customer technical data into manufacturing instructions and procedures
Develop CAD models, BOMs, and work travelers in ERP/MOM systems
Research suppliers for materials, coatings, testing, and heat treatment per specs
Estimate costs, analyze standards, and recommend process improvements
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues using lean and data-driven methods
Requirements
Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in SolidWorks (Certified SolidWorks Professional a plus)
3+ years in aerospace or precision machining (Swiss, turning, multi-axis milling, grinding)
ERP manufacturing software experience (EPCIOR a plus)
Strong analytical mindset, lean manufacturing knowledge, and interpersonal skills
