We are looking for a Backend Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our company's success and growth, as you will be responsible for programming and validating standard EMS processes such as: Potting/Coating, PVA, Aqueous Wash, Wave Soldering, Selective soldering, robotic soldering, router (depanel), AI, box build, XRF.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
2. Some experience programming and validating standard EMS processes such as: Potting/Coating, PVA, Aqueous Wash, Wave Soldering, Selective soldering, robotic soldering, router (depanel), AI, box build, XRF. (not an exhausted list)
3. Applying statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
4. Assisting in failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Applying DOE methodology to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall product quality.
6. Conducting root cause analysis investigations to identify and rectify issues in the manufacturing process.
7. Implementing process improvement tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
8. Ensuring compliance with quality systems and validation principles throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Manufacturing Engineer position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
3. Proven experience with validation principles, manufacturing processes, quality systems, failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), DOE methodology, process improvement tools, and root cause analysis investigations.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on process improvement.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
7. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
