Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed bills of materials, manufacturing instructions, and process specifications.
• Design tooling and fixtures to improve efficiency and first-pass yield.
• Support production by troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading equipment.
• Implement process improvements to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Oversee new production equipment commissioning and validation.
• Provide input on manufacturing methods and process failure mode analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness for new designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in mechanical system design and manufacturing process optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks) and engineering drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of machining, welding, sintering, heat treatments, and passivation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SYSPRO) and ISO9001/AS9100 production environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
