Job Details
Responsibilities:
What you need for this position:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of complex mechanical components.
- Design and implement tooling solutions to meet production requirements, including machining and welding.
- Create detailed work instructions and process plans to ensure efficient production workflows.
- Use 3D CAD models to support manufacturing and inspection processes.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production meets design and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers to support team growth.
What you need for this position:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on mechanical components.
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for fabrication and assembly.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills within a production environment.
- Experience using advanced engineering software and ERP systems for manufacturing planning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
