Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Permanent Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. You will work closely with vendors, clients, and other members of the team to ensure that all manufacturing processes are efficient, effective, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machinery and equipment using SolidWorks and other software tools
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Create and implement automation processes to streamline manufacturing operations
- Test and evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and implement plant layout and design
- Design and develop weld fixtures
- Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure that all requirements are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues as they arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Proficient in SolidWorks and other software tools used for machinery design
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and automation
- Experience with test and evaluation of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to develop and implement plant layout and design
- Experience with weld fixture design
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with vendors and clients
