Job Details

Our company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products are produced efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement LEAN manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Conduct value stream mapping to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
  • Use electrical and mechatronics knowledge to design and implement automated systems
  • Use Solid Works to design and improve manufacturing equipment
  • Utilize 8Ds, PDCA, and DMAIC methodologies to solve problems and improve processes
  • Train and mentor other employees on LEAN manufacturing principles and techniques

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, or Electronics, or Mechatronics
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and tools
  • Experience with value stream mapping and process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in electrical and mechatronics engineering
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in Solid Works or similar design software
  • Experience with 8Ds, PDCA, and DMAIC methodologies
