Job Details
Our company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products are produced efficiently and effectively.

- Develop and implement LEAN manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct value stream mapping to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Use electrical and mechatronics knowledge to design and implement automated systems
- Use Solid Works to design and improve manufacturing equipment
- Utilize 8Ds, PDCA, and DMAIC methodologies to solve problems and improve processes
- Train and mentor other employees on LEAN manufacturing principles and techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, or Electronics, or Mechatronics
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and tools
- Experience with value stream mapping and process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in electrical and mechatronics engineering
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in Solid Works or similar design software
- Experience with 8Ds, PDCA, and DMAIC methodologies
