Manufacturing Engineer

Jobot is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturing company in the Green Bay WI area looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team on a Direct Hire basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining our manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency.
2. Use your expertise in continuous improvement methodologies to drive process optimizations.
3. Analyze manufacturing process flows for the enhancement of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
4. Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing teams to develop new product manufacturing processes.
5. Lead cross-functional project teams to implement process improvements and address manufacturing challenges.
6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies and equipment arrangement.
5. Experience with CAD software and data analysis tools.
6. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
