If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Permanent Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Engineering Design, Project Management, and other key areas to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
1. Apply your expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Lean Six Sigma to streamline our manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
2. Use your knowledge of Engineering Design to develop and implement innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.
3. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.
4. Drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes, using your skills in Process Improvement, Quality Control, and Mechanical Engineering.
5. Utilize your proficiency in Industrial Engineering, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD to design and optimize assembly lines and other manufacturing systems.
6. Implement Kaizen principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
7. Use Salesforce and other tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and to manage customer relationships.
8. Work closely with other team members to achieve company objectives and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Manufacturing Engineer role, you must have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing Processes, and Engineering Design.
4. Proven experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Control.
5. Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
6. Experience with Continuous Improvement, Assembly Line, Kaizen, and Salesforce.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
