Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple, cross-functional CI projects, leveraging our methodologies to boost safety, quality, OEE, yield, and cost performance
  • Design and maintain CI roadmaps aligned with long-range operational goals
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and drive corrective actions with project teams
  • Facilitate continuous improvement training and mentoring across operations
  • Partner with Data Science and Ops teams to analyze performance metrics and validate improvements
  • Assist in developing new manufacturing processes, capabilities, and product launches
  • Support capital project planning and CI-related investments
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and uphold safety and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Operations, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a high-speed manufacturing setting (CPG or Food & Beverage preferred)
  • At least 2 years leading project teams with measurable process improvement impact
  • Expert in Microsoft Office; preferred experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or Alteryx
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, plus emotional intelligence to influence diverse teams

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with F&B or bakery manufacturing
  • Exposure to data analytics or visualization platforms
  • Lean or Six Sigma certifications
