We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys solving tough production problems. This role involves guiding a team, refining production processes, and playing an active part on the factory floor to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for technical issues, process development, and project leadership from concept to completion, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Job Details
What You Bring:
Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering—or relevant hands-on experience.
Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally in a highly regulated industry.
Solid background in creating and improving production processes.
Practical experience in troubleshooting and a willingness to be hands-on with equipment and personnel.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar efficiency-boosting methods.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, especially in a production environment.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards such as AS9100 or NADCAP.
Experience using CAD/CAM software and CNC tools.
Background in machining, welding, assembly, or fabrication.
Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
