We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems to meet our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Use CAD and SolidWorks to create and modify detailed and precise engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
- Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to predict how products react to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow, and other physical effects.
- Collaborate with design engineers to optimize product design and manufacturability.
- Oversee the design and enhancement activities related to the production of automotive lifting equipment.
- Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
- Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
- Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments.
- At least six months of experience in a position or in the Manufacturing Engineering Field.
- Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks.
- Ability to create precise engineering drawings.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis.
- Experience performing design and enhancement activities related to the production of automotive lifting equipment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
