We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems to meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
  • Use CAD and SolidWorks to create and modify detailed and precise engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
  • Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to predict how products react to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow, and other physical effects.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to optimize product design and manufacturability.
  • Oversee the design and enhancement activities related to the production of automotive lifting equipment.
  • Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
  • Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
  • Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
  • Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments.
  • At least six months of experience in a position or in the Manufacturing Engineering Field.
  • Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks.
  • Ability to create precise engineering drawings.
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis.
  • Experience performing design and enhancement activities related to the production of automotive lifting equipment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
