Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Way: Spearhead the daily performance of Wattage and Cascade Yield in accordance with our manufacturing plan.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a relentless pursuit of excellence, identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce variations in our processes.
Global Impact: Actively assess our factory's performance against global benchmarks, initiating alignment activities as needed.
Team Building: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and training to your team, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in Integration processes.
Documentation: Document the requirements of new technology processes, including control plans, work instructions, OCAP, and FMEA.
Collaborative Partner: Collaborate effectively with various functional areas, ensuring all parties are involved in the successful qualification and implementation of new process changes.
Quality Assurance: Enforce standard operating procedures, accurate process descriptions, and measures for quality.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline or Physical Science Field, or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 5 or more years in an engineering leadership role, including 5 to 8 years of experience in strong process engineering, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment similar to semiconductor or photovoltaic industries.
Project Expertise: Proven experience in project planning and controls, as well as managing multiple concurrent projects under tight schedules.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide your team toward success.
Skills and Competencies:

Innovation: Proficiency in robust engineering, design of experiments, Six Sigma, DMAIC tools, and FMEA.
Problem Solving: Technical problem-solving skills, including interpersonal applications.
Data-Driven: Excellent data analysis and collection skills.
Communication: Strong verbal, written, and graphical communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Knowledge of MS Office suite and statistical software.
Collaboration: Good communication skills and an understanding of material analysis and characterization methods.
Your Impact:

Ramp Up Success: Lead the introduction and implementation of new processes, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Develop a roadmap to reduce variations and optimize our production processes for ongoing incremental improvements.
Forecasting: Provide valuable guidance for supply forecast requirements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the factory's startup qualification aligns with the plan.
Team Leadership: Supervise your group of Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, prioritizing personnel resources effectively.
Problem-Solving: Offer strong leadership to the Solution Development, Data Modeling, and Rollout Engineering team, guiding them through necessary changes and improvements.
Global Interface: Act as a point of contact for various company, customer, and supplier representatives, evaluating proposed equipment based on process standards.
Structured Operations: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and ensure accurate process descriptions.
Effective Communication: Maintain effective team interactions and foster a culture of Team Building.
Innovation: Define and implement corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement activities using structured problem-solving methods.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety procedures and uphold good housekeeping standards.
