Job Details
We are hiring an Engineering Technician at our Caribou facility. You'll ensure machinery and systems are functioning optimally by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues. You'll also support document control, testing and quality control, continuous improvements, and safety compliance - helping drive production excellence.

- Equipment & Tooling
- Assist in installing, calibrating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software systems
- Track tooling inventory and assist in procurement
- Process Improvement
- Update bills of materials and work instructions
- Identify production inefficiencies and support implementation of improvements
- Collaborate on new process or technology integrations
- Testing & Quality Control
- Execute equipment and product performance tests
- Support quality control processes and document results
- Relay findings to engineering and production teams
- Documentation & Reporting
- Track equipment downtime and performance metrics
- Help maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow and contribute to the development of safety protocols
- Participate in safety training and report hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills—capable of conveying solutions to team members, suppliers, and customers
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic engineering drawing interpretation skills
Nice to haves:
- Familiar with ISO standards and environments
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
