Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement manufacturing process strategies to meet company objectives for quality, cost, and schedule.

6. Oversee the packaging process, ensuring all products are packaged to the highest standards of quality and safety.
7. Implement and manage cost-effective strategies, ensuring all projects are completed within budget and contributing to the overall profitability of the company.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of all manufacturing processes.
9. Continually review and improve manufacturing processes and packaging strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing safety protocols and meeting performance targets.
4. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective scheduling strategies.
5. Strong understanding of cost management and budgeting.
6. Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
9. Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
