Title: Manufacturing Product Manager
Compensation: $95k–$125k/year (depending on experience)
Location: Greater Clearwater, FL area

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and launch of new products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
  • Lead the full product lifecycle — from concept and market research to rollout, pricing strategy, and post-launch performance
  • Build and execute product roadmaps based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business goals
  • Identify and expand distribution opportunities, while managing in-store presentation, inventory levels, and performance tracking
  • Serve as a key voice of the customer (VOC), translating insights into actionable business cases and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage product integration activities during acquisitions and ensure smooth transitions
  • Create and present product performance forecasts and go-to-market summaries to leadership
  • Travel up to 25% as needed to support launches, customer engagement, or operational execution

What you need for this position:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or technical product environments
  • Strong understanding of product development, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working with distribution networks and channel sales is highly preferred
  • Comfortable with light travel (up to 25%)
