We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer/Quality Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team to first obtain ISO 9001 certification and where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and improving our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of in process inspection and documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
2. Conduct in process inspections to identify any defects or malfunctions in our products.
3. Collaborate with the production team to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
4. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to quality control procedures and product specifications.
5. Analyze data from in process inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
7. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues and solutions.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any quality-related issues.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
10. Conduct regular audits of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of in process inspection and documentation.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in using quality control software and statistical analysis.
7. Familiarity with quality standards and regulations in the Manufacturing industry.
8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
10. Proven track record of improving manufacturing processes and product quality.
