We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process and Quality Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of our engineering products and services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality engineering principles, including FMEA, PFMEA, ISO9001, RCCA, and FAI. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.

Job Details
1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality engineering protocols and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
2. Utilize FMEA and PFMEA techniques to assess potential product risks and devise risk mitigation strategies.
3. Ensure adherence to ISO9001 standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Conduct Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to identify and resolve product or process non-conformities.
5. Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) to verify that production methods have produced an item that complies with all specifications.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all design and manufacturing processes.
7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
8. Develop and deliver training on quality assurance concepts and tools to the team.
9. Lead problem-solving efforts related to quality issues and guide teams in the implementation of corrective actions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in FMEA, PFMEA, ISO9001, RCCA, and FAI.
4. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in implementing solutions.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
7. Proven experience in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
