Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various sales strategies to target territory growth across distributors and major accounts
  • Prospect into new accounts and onboard new customers
  • Develop, manage and grow existing industrial accounts in assigned territory
  • Identify and develop relationships with dealers and distributors to grow your territory
  • Conduct sales calls (onsite and virtual) with new accounts
  • Track prospects and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate cross departmentally to facilitate sales
  • Create agreements for sales and manage internal sales agreement review process
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for direct sales and through channel partners

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing or related area of study
  • 3+ years selling into the industrial, OEM, or manufacturing sectors
  • Previous experience selling direct to major accounts
  • Proven experience developing sales strategy, distribution network sales channels and territories
  • Experience tracking sales activities in CRM system

**Must be able to work in our Brooklyn Park Office Daily, this is an in-office position**
