Location: 50-75% Travel REQUIRED

Job Details
1. Overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production lines run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Evaluating and improving manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
3. Ensuring that safety protocols and OSHA standards are strictly adhered to in the production process.
4. Managing subcontractors and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
5. Implementing Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ensuring that they are followed.
6. Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering plans to ensure that all machinery and equipment are installed and maintained correctly.
7. Overseeing machine installations and carrying out regular machine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
8. Coordinating with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing and production issues.
9. Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Consulting Manufacturing Superintendent, candidates must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with a strong focus on safety, engineering, and mechanical maintenance.
2. Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and protocols.
3. Proven experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing large-scale manufacturing projects.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering plans.
5. Experience in implementing and overseeing LOTO procedures.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
9. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
