We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in the Automotive industry. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production and maintenance of our cutting-edge manufacturing equipment. You will act as a liaison between engineering, production, and our CNC department. Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing: Execute manufacturing tasks and processes to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes and implement improvements where necessary.

2. Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

3. Equipment Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repair activities on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

4. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. Perform inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Identify and address any quality issues or deviations promptly.

5. Documentation: Generate and maintain detailed documentation related to manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and repairs. Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed to reflect changes or improvements. Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate preventive measures. Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety among team members.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, production supervisors, and quality control specialists, to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of manufacturing tasks. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing technician role or equivalent. Proven track record in manufacturing, installation, and equipment repair is essential.

2. Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.

3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to identify and rectify errors or defects in a timely manner.

4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

5. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey technical information to team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Safety Consciousness: Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations. Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

7. Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to assist team members and adapt to changing priorities.
